Exploration of remontantFury (rF) - a heretofore undescribed aesthetic.
remontantFURY and ELSEWHERE.
RemontantFury - rF for short - is an ongoing, exploratory project dedicated to researching an alternative of aging in female-socialized individuals. The objective of the work is to generate material based on a central question:
What kind of… would be remontantFury ?

From the responses, an rF aesthetic is meant to crystallize, condense, and become tangible. Female-socialized individuals between the ages of 15 and 80 were selected based on their specific expertise and were invited to answer a version of the question tailored to their skillset. A head chef, for example, responded with a menu; a carpenter with a piece of furniture; a musician with a sound collage.
RemontantFury is a term coined by Stevie Bothor:
the re-blooming wildness / the remontant furiosity.
The most striking activation of the rF-aesthetic occurs in the glitch of aging, female-socialized bodies - the incarnation of impermanence in the flesh and of marginalized, female-socialized bodies –the incarnation of erasure in the flesh.
The Glitch:
An orientation momentum.
A unique opportunity.
The leaving of worn paths and a vanishing through the glitch into Elsewhere.
A parallel universe.
On September 22, 2025, Stevie will step through the glitch
and into Elsewhere, for 648 days,
guided by the voices, visions, and possibilities gathered in the research –
bring something living into being:
A garden, in which the aesthetic of remontantFury unfolds.

remontantFURY und DAS WOANDERS.
RemontantFury (rF) ist eine seit 2020 angehende, explorative Arbeit, die die alternde Andersartigkeit erforscht. Das Ziel der Forschung ist es, anhand einer zentralen Frage
- Was für ein(e)… wäre remontantFury? - (gestellt in über 101 Variationen)
Material zu generieren, aus dem sich eine rF‑Ästhetik herauskristallisieren, verdichten und erleben lässt. Weiblich sozialisierte Personen, zwischen 15 und 80 Jahren, wurden dafür aufgrund ihrer Expertise ausgewählt, um eine auf ihr spezielles Können zugeschnittene Variante der Frage zu beantworten. Eine Chefköchin zum Beispiel antwortete in Form eines Menüs, eine Tischlerin in Form eines Möbels und eine Musikerin in Form einer Klangcollage.
RemontantFury ist ein von Stevie Bothor gebildeter Begriff:
die wieder aufblühende Furiosität.
Die offensichtlichste Aktivierung der rF-Ästhetik liegt im Glitchen alternder weiblich sozialisierter Körper - der fleischgewordenen Inkarnation von Vergänglichkeit -
und marginalisierter weiblich sozialisierter Körper - der fleischgewordenen Inkarnation von Verdrängung.
Der Glitch:
Ein Orientierungsmomentum.
Eine einzigartige Gelegenheit.
Das Verlassen der ausgetretenen Pfade und das Verschwinden durch den Glitch in das Anderswo.
Ein Paralleluniversum.
Am 22. September 2025 wird Stevie den Glitch durchschreiten

mit den Stimmen, Visionen und Möglichkeiten als Orientierung –
